Everything on MacroEdge — the bot, the courses, the analysis, the track record — is provided for education and information only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a personalised recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Trading leveraged forex and crypto carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Acceptance

By using this website, the Telegram bot, the web app, or any MacroEdge product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. What MacroEdge is — and isn’t

We provide generic, non-personalised market analysis and structured trading education.
We are not a broker, exchange, fund, money manager, or registered investment adviser.
We do not manage money, place trades for you, or guarantee any result.
The bot’s output is the same for every user for a given symbol; it does not account for your personal circumstances.

3. No performance guarantee

Any backtest, track record, or example is historical and fully disclosed where shown, including its methodology and assumptions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtested figures have inherent limitations and do not represent live executed trades or any client account.

4. AI-generated content disclosure

Course videos and some content use AI-generated voice and presenter avatars (e.g. ElevenLabs, HeyGen). This content is clearly produced with AI tools and is educational in nature. It does not depict a real licensed adviser giving you personal advice.

5. Affiliate links

The Exchanges page contains affiliate referral links. If you sign up through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See the full Affiliate Disclosure. We are not responsible for the products, security, or conduct of third-party exchanges.

6. Purchases, billing & refunds

Bot subscription ($39 / 30 days): grants access for the stated period; not auto-charged unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Course pre-orders: a “founding” price for a product that is still in production. If we fail to deliver the course by the date stated on the order, you are entitled to a full refund.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in loss of access.

7. License & acceptable use

Purchased content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, rip, or publicly share course materials or bot output. We may suspend access for abuse, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroEdge and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services. The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the laws of your own country of residence.
